Table Leveler Support

How do I use it?
Choose your kind of table and set the leg spacing (type it in, or measure it with the camera). Lay the phone flat in the middle of the table, with its top pointing at the far side. Tap Start adjusting and follow the steps: a short calibration, a check for rocking, then one leg at a time.
Why does it calibrate?
A camera bump, a case or the phone's own sensor can tilt the phone slightly, and even half a degree is about 10 mm across a 120 cm table. Calibration turns the phone a quarter at a time to measure that tilt, then subtracts it from every reading. The calibration screen shows the correction in degrees, side to side and top to bottom. It's saved on your phone; calibrate again if you change the case.
Calibration keeps waiting
It takes a reading once the phone lies completely still. Let go of the phone, don't lean on the table, and keep the screen facing up. On a table that never settles, tap Not registering? Take the reading now.
The table still rocks
Run the check again: press each corner firmly and let go before tapping Next. For the leg that doesn't touch the floor, the app says to turn it until it touches the floor. If a leg can't go any further, tap Can't go further and the other legs make up the rest. With no adjustable feet, choose Only raise legs and put shims under the legs by the amounts shown.
Round tables, pedestals and legs that aren't at the corners
What matters is where the legs touch the floor, not the size of the top. On the Leg spacing screen, choose your kind of table and measure between the centres of the legs (for a pedestal, between the ends of the feet). On a round table, point the top of the phone between the two far legs, not at one of them.
How accurate is it?
The amounts scale with the leg spacing, so a rough size is fine: keep adjusting until each leg says OK. For the best result, calibrate first and keep the phone in the middle of the table.
Camera measuring isn't available
It needs augmented reality support: any recent iPhone, or an Android phone with Google Play Services for AR. On other phones, type the size in instead. It finds the legs where they stand on the floor, so it works for every kind of table.
